in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, Pinnacle has not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

No Discrimination
Pinnacle will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield

Pinnacle participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
